What should I carry in a trekking bag for a 7-day long trek?

Trekking for 2-3 days is not difficult. But when it comes to leaving your cosy bed for a week and spending seven days in a hilly area, then things become complicated. But it's okay. To experience excellent trekking, you need to carry some essential items with you. Read it.

  1. Take 2-3 sets of clothes with you.
  2. Take sunglasses and sunscreen to avoid sunburn on your skin.
  3. Carry more medicines, crack bandage, with you.
  4. You should take a camera to capture beautiful memories.
  5. Take some material to make a tent so that you can rest in that.
  6. It is advised to take a matchbox, torch lights, and a battery lamp with you.
  7. Take snacks like energy drinks, dry snacks, etc. in bulk and also carry a water bottle with you.
