What is trekking in physical education?

Trekking is considered to be an exhilarating and thrilling activity or adventurous sport that involves physical use of an individual?s body. Along with physical activity, mental and psychological preparation is also necessary in order to successfully accomplish a trek. It provides an individual with a sense of adrenaline rush and excitement which drives them to go for it despite the ordeal that it can cause them. Irrespective of the danger and risk, trekking helps in developing a lot of qualities in an individual. It helps an individual to get out of their comfort zone and become even more confident about their capabilities. It even shapes an individual into a more mature human being capable of making quick decisions. Moreover, it adds a new perspective to life, making you a team player when you trace summits with strangers.
