Is it possible to trek to Patalsu Peak, Manali in January?
Located at the peak of Himachal Pradesh?s beautiful Kullu valley, Patalsu Peak is rising up to a fantastic 4,220-meter altitude with incredible views of the Himalayan scenery. It is one of the treks in Himachal Pradesh that are most popular. The Patalsu Peak trek is ideal for fit beginners, although moderately challenging. The journey can be made throughout the year. Although the local guides assess better weather conditions in the winter months from January to March.
Recommendations to migrate for this trek must go from April to June because you realize that the winter season is still strong in January. During January, however, trekking closes due to strong snowfall. In January, it wont be easy at Patalsu Peak.
If you are not prepared and healthy for snow, please take no chance. Until you pursue tiny loops, then prepare if you feel comfortable.
