I am myopic (-3D). What sunglasses or alternatives do I have for high altitude snow treks eye protection gear?

Published On 16 May 2020 by Harshit Patel

As it is highly essential to protect eyes from UV rays exposure, one must wear sunglasses. But, it is difficult for people who already wear glasses. Here are some options for you:

  • Wear sunglasses over your regular glasses as an economic and life-saving hack.
  • Purchase ?clip-on sunglasses? that can be attached over regular glasses. This is a good option if you don?t want to spend a lot on custom-made sunglasses.
  • Purchase ?fit-over sunglasses? that snug over your glasses nicely.
  • Get custom made sunglasses with power lenses if you are a regular trekker and is looking for a long-term investment.
