How is it different to trek in India?

Published On 01 Mar 2020 by Oshank Soni

From the mighty snow peaks in the North to dense jungles of the south, trekking is one of the best ways to explore India. Trekking in India is an experience of a lifetime with several exhilarating treks, both touristy and offbeat. You can witness marvels of nature on hikes that only a few have dared to go. The treks of North offer long windy trails, whereas, in the south, you will find tedious trek, including river crossing, navigating through dense jungles, and spotting wild animals.

Because of this unique geography of India, it possesses excellent treks in some of the best altitudes. You can find treks from 2000ft to 20000ft elevation throughout the country. You can find winter trek, summer trek, monsoon trek, and all year trek. In the northeast part of India as well you will discover treks with historical buildings, ruins, mountain tops and much more. Trekking in India is spectacular, and you will never run out of treks in India.
